1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services:
- Account Information: When you sign up or log in via Clerk, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture.
- Saved Templates & Layouts: Email designs, block arrangements, typography, color palettes, and global template settings you build and save in your account.
- Uploaded Media: Images and assets you upload to your email templates, stored securely via Vercel Blob storage.
- Preferences & Session Data: Local workspace preferences such as selected language, canvas zoom level, and active folder views.
2. Payment Processing & Financial Information
We partner with reputable third-party payment gateways to handle transactions securely:
Card payments are handled by Whop (Whop.com).
Cryptocurrency payments are handled by Plisio (Plisio.net).
EmailCraft NEVER collects, stores, or has access to your full credit card numbers, CVVs, card expiration dates, bank credentials, or cryptocurrency private keys. All transactions are governed directly by the respective provider's privacy and security policies.
3. Subscription Tiers & Plans
Free Plan: Allows access to the visual builder and HTML exporting with an EmailCraft watermark. No payment details required.
7-Day PRO Trial: Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day complimentary trial with complete access to PRO features.
PRO Subscription: Priced at $9.99 per 30-day period. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly configured through your payment provider (Whop). Plisio cryptocurrency payments provide 30-day access and do not auto-renew.
Refunds: If you experience issues or are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact our support team at support@emailcraft.org to request a refund.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
To operate and maintain the EmailCraft editor, dashboard, template library, and export functions.
To authenticate your user session and verify your PRO subscription or trial status.
To respond to your inquiries, customer service requests, and technical troubleshooting needs.
We DO NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or email designs to third parties or advertising networks.
5. Data Retention & Control
You retain full control over your saved data. You can edit, rename, or delete your email templates and folders directly from your dashboard at any time.
If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please email support@emailcraft.org and your request will be processed promptly.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize trusted cloud infrastructure and authentication providers:
- Authentication & User Management: Clerk (clerk.com)
- Hosting & Media Storage: Vercel Inc. (vercel.com, Vercel Blob)
- Database Infrastructure: Supabase / PostgreSQL
- Payment Processing: Whop (whop.com) and Plisio (plisio.net)
