Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using EmailCraft (https://www.emailcraft.org). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
EmailCraft provides a modern, visual, no-code email template designer and HTML generator. Users can design responsive email layouts using modular blocks and export clean, production-ready HTML code.
2. Accounts & Registration
To save templates, organize folders, or access PRO features, you must register an account using our authentication provider (Clerk).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Plans, Pricing & 7-Day PRO Trial
Free Tier: Includes real-time email builder access and HTML export with an EmailCraft watermark attribution.
7-Day PRO Trial: Eligible new accounts automatically receive 7 calendar days of complimentary PRO access upon registration.
PRO Subscription: Priced at $9.99 USD per 30-day period. Unlocks unlimited template saving and loading, folder organization, image uploads, and watermark-free HTML exports.
4. Billing & Payments
Payment processing is handled externally by Whop (credit/debit cards) and Plisio (cryptocurrency).
We do not store or process your credit card numbers or crypto wallet private keys.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly configured by the payment provider (Whop). Cryptocurrency payments through Plisio provide 30-day access without auto-renewal.
Pricing is inclusive of service delivery and may be updated from time to time with notice.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with EmailCraft. If you experience technical defects, accidental charges, or are unsatisfied with your PRO plan, contact support@emailcraft.org within 14 days of purchase for refund assistance.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all email designs, templates, text, and media you create using EmailCraft.
Platform Rights: EmailCraft and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, code, user interface, brand assets, and default block templates.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use EmailCraft to:
Generate emails promoting illegal activities, fraud, phishing, spyware, or malware.
Send unsolicited spam in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable anti-spam legislation.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security and stability of our servers and infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these policies without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
EmailCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for optimal email client compatibility, we do not warrant that exported emails will render identically in every legacy client or that email deliverability will be unaffected by external spam filters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmailCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to https://www.emailcraft.org/terms. Continued use of the platform represents your acceptance of the updated Terms.
